## UNEP - Decade of Ecosystem Restoration The UN Environment Programme's (UNEP) Decade of Ecosystem Restoration platform, built on Drupal 9 and React. Rudi was project lead, running a team of six: three Drupal developers, one React developer and two designers. The engagement was freelance, contracted through the Amsterdam digital agency The Garage, who sourced via Harvey Nash. That is a stronger claim than any screenshot: the UN still runs it. The engagement chain is itself proof of a working model — a top-tier recruiter to an EU agency to a UN client, with Rudi as the subcontracted senior lead.
