What we collect when you contact MADDev, what we do with it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to correct or delete it.

MADDev is a trading name of Tonal Projects & Holdings SARL. You can reach us about anything on this page at info@maddev.mg.

What we collect. If you send us an enquiry through the form on this site, we receive your name, your email address and your description of the project — those are required — and your organisation, phone number, rough budget and rough timeline if you choose to give them. Alongside what you type, the submission records the IP address it was sent from, when it was sent and last changed, the language you used, an internal reference number, and which account sent it if you were signed in.

You can also simply email us, in which case we have your address and whatever you write.

What happens to it. Your enquiry is stored on this website and sent to our inbox. You also receive an automatic copy of your own submission by email, so you have a record of what you sent.

Why we use it. To answer you, and to scope the work you are asking about. If we go on to work together, your details become part of ordinary client administration and bookkeeping. That is the whole purpose: we do not carry out mass marketing, we do not profile anyone, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data.

How long we keep it. The copy stored on this website is deleted automatically after one year. That automatic deletion does not cover the copy in our email inbox, or any records we keep once you become a client. We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to answer and follow up. If you become a client, relevant administration and accounting records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations.

Where it is held. The website and its database are run by our hosting provider, STRATO; our email is handled by a separate email provider. Inside MADDev, only an administrator account can read a submission.

Cookies and tracking. This site runs no analytics, advertising or tag-management software, and sets no tracking cookies of its own.

Questions, corrections and deletion. Write to info@maddev.mg if you want to ask what enquiry information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond and deal with the request, allowing for anything we still have to keep for administration or bookkeeping.
